How far do you deliver?
We offer delivery within a 30-mile radius but you can save on delivery by picking up at our location (it’s FREE). Feel free to contact us for special requests.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a small deposit holds your reservation and applies to your final payment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, Venmo, PayPal, and cash. Invoices can be paid online for your convenience.
What if something gets damaged?
We understand accidents happen. Let us know right away, and we’ll work with you
Can I cancel / reschedule?
A: Yes! Just give us at least 48 hours' notice for a full refund.
What if I need to return items late?
Late returns may incur additional fees. Please contact us in advance if you anticipate needing more time.
Can I change my order after booking?
Yes! You can make changes up to 7 days before your event, subject to item availability.
How far in advance do I book?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance. For large events or peak seasons (spring/summer), earlier is best to ensure availability.
